Basic Highlander Format

1., Your deck must contain exactly 60 cards.

2., You can only use 1 copy of a card, both Main Deck and Extra Deck cards.

3., The actual banlist is applied to this format, however, you cannot use banned and limited cards in this format. Semi-limited and unlimited cards are allowed.

4., The Extra Deck size is 15, as usually.

5., You can Fusion Summon any Fusion Monsters by Contact Fusion, even if the card wouldn't allow it normally (like Evil HEROs). The Fusion Materials are shuffled back to the Main Deck. However, if a card mentions that the Fusion Summon must be done with the proper Fusion Materials, you cannot use substitutes for that Contact Fusion either.

6., There is no Side Deck.
